DeHosni Housing Solutions was founded in 2001 under the name Young Rental Properties (YRP) when Will Young purchased a quadplex in Fresno, California to house both government-subsidized and non-subsidized tenants.
One year later his company acquired a triplex apartment building to house the diverse community near the Tower District of Fresno.
In 2005, YRP acquired two quadplexes in West Boise, Idaho which housed a combination of professionals, working class families and special needs individuals.
